Exercise

If your not used to exercise and this looks a it scary, you can do simple things, like half the amount, break it up through out the day. Whatever you chose to do the idea is to push yourself! Do the best you can, and no matter what you do, your doing more than people on the sofa! Also i need music to work out, i'll link so of my fave workout music in the music tab!
