Getting fit

Right eating healthy and exercise, normally not my thing!!
I had to be a bridesmaid for my sisters wedding, to say the least i was not looking good, biggest of them all! dreading the photos now.

Then I decided i wanted a change, family members had tried hinting to me to change, but there was no point if i didn't want too. Only for a few weeks now i have been cutting out my bad eating habits, and going full throttle on the exercise only because, when i started exercising i realized i love it! It is the best anti depressant out there! Plus slowly upping the exercise gives you a real sense of achievement when your reach new heights. So if you're like me deciding its time for a change, Lets help motivate each other! At the moment im fine sticking to my personal plan, but should i lapse in the future i hope we can help each other stay to the plan.
